Customers aged 13 and over are asked to order at least one of the following dishes: "Unajū", "Unseasoned-grilled eel set meal", "Grilled eel kabayaki", or "Unseasoned-grilled eel".

 

When eating teriyaki-eel, we recommend using the accompanying Sansho (Japanese pepper).

Sansho is aromatic and has a unique spiciness that goes well with teriyaki eel and enhances its flavor.
